Downtown Inman Pavilion

The Downtown Inman Pavilion, located at 26 Mill Street, is a central gathering space in the heart of downtown and home to our popular Music on Mill concert series. The pavilion offers convenient amenities including restrooms, the only ATM in downtown Inman, a concession stand, and water fountains. It is fully accessible, with ramps at both the front and back entrances, making it a welcoming space for everyone to enjoy community events and activities.

The only ATM in downtown Inman, conveniently located on-site for easy access. 

Interested in Renting the Pavilion?

The Downtown Inman Pavilion is available to rent for private events, celebrations, and community gatherings. This spaces offers a convenient and welcoming setting in the heart of downtown.

To get started, please review and complete the Downtown Inman Pavilion Rental Application.

What to Know: 

  • This is a facility rental only and does not include a Special Event Permit.

  • Alcohol is not permitted under standard pavilion rentals.

  • No rentals are permitted during the hours of 10:00 pm. and 7:00 am.

  • Food trucks are not permitted under standard pavilion rentals. 

  • Requests involving parking lot closures require a separate Special Event Permit. 

  • A completed application must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your event. 

  • Chairs, Tables, etc. not provided. 

  • City-sponsored events take priority in scheduling.

Rental Rates:

  • Pavilion Rental: $100 per hour (2-hour minimum)

  • Concession Stand Access: + $50 per hour

  • Refundable Deposit: $50

​

Once completed, please submit your application to the Main Street Director for review. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, and additional information may be required depending on your event.
