2024 Excellence on Main Street Award

Mayor's Youth Council, Chapman High School

Main Street Inman was recognized for the impact of the Mayor’s Youth Council, a program that has helped connect local students to their community through service, civic engagement, and downtown involvement. 2024 Gaines Jontz Rehabilitation Award

3, 5 and 7 Mill Street

This award recognized the revitalization of 3, 5, and 7 Mill Street, where long-vacant downtown storefronts were restored through a multi-year investment led by owner Amanda Blackwell and her family. Their work helped bring new life to these buildings, creating vibrant spaces for businesses and mixed-use development while contributing to downtown Inman’s continued growth
